Tomorrow's Field Trip

Tomorrow, our class is going on a field trip. We are going to go to the PATH underground city and Roy Thomson Hall. We are meeting together and leaving the Southbound Platform of Sheppard-Yonge subway station at 9:45 a.m. After that, we will walk in the underground city then at 11 a.m. we are going to go to Roy Thomson Hall. There is an organ concert there at 12:00 noon for free. I think it will be a good trip for us.

A Good Trip to Riverdale Farm

Last Friday our school went to Riverdale Farm. I thought it would be a good trip for us, because our teacher told us that we can see many animals on the Farm. I like animal and nature, I want to see different animals. But unfortunately it was raining heavily.So, at first we went to see flowers in the house. I was very surprise that there were a lot of beautiful flowers and plants, include Some of plants I never saw before.Then we went to see animals. I saw a few pigs which colour is brown and a turkey. I was excited to see turkey because I never saw turkey before. It is so big and beatiful.Because it was raining, we didn't take long time on the farm. If it were not raining, this trip would be wonderful.

A Good Trip to the Job Fair

Yesterday, our class went to the job fair. This was the first time I went there. I was surprised that there were so many people there. I thought that maybe a lot of people have lost their jobs now, so they need find another job.

This was a good trip for me. Maybe I could find a job. So I walked around and asked questions. But I was surprised that there were not many jobs in Toronto, just many agency and
training program. I saw a financial services company, I asked them "what kind of job do you offer?" the receptionist told me they don't offer any job. they just help people solve financial problems.

A Saturday in the Library

Last Saturday, I went to Faiview Public Library with my son. This was the first time I went there. This Library is very large. So I asked the librarian where I could find books for children and if they had some programs for kids. The librarian was very kind, she showed me where I could find the book I needed and told me some information.

In the Library, I met a Chinese lady who was reading the book with her son. I asked her how long she had been in Canada and if she and her son liked Canada. She told me she and her son had been in Canada for just 1 year. She did not find job in Canada so she was bored, but her son liked Canada and Canadian school. She asked me how many children I had and how old was my son. I told her some information about my son and myself. We had good time together.

Fancy story

If you crash car again, you will buy a new car. If you buy a new car, you will spend more money. If you spend more money, you will pay more taxes to the goverment. If you pay more taxes to the government, the government will collect more money. If the government collect more money,the government will give more funds to the farmers. If the goverment give more funds to the farmers, the farmers will raise more pigs. If the farmers raise more pigs, the price of pork will go down.

If I had two heads, I would sleep with one head in turn. If I slept with one head in turn, I would master more skills. If I mastered more skills, I would become a superwoman. If I became a superwoman, I would compete with Queen Elizabeth. If I competed with Queen Elizabeth, I would take her place. If I took her place, Elizabeth would need to get a job.
